When skin issues like dryness, rosacea, eczema, or acne are at the forefront of your skin care regimen, it’s hard to truly love your skin. After all, lovable skin is smooth and glowing, right?

The truth is, you have to treat your skin like you love it in order to get skin that you truly love. Fake it ’til you make it!

Atopalm makes it easy to achieve healthy skin that’s easier to love with MLE, our star ingredient. MLE mimics the skin’s natural lipid layer to keep it moisturized and protected against environmental aggressors that can cause or exacerbate any number of skin concerns.

When using MLE on a regular basis, you’ll find that it begins to function more and more like healthy skin — because it’s truly becoming healthier! Atopalm is not a “bandage brand” which means we don’t believe in covering up issues. We believe in addressing issues, helping the skin heal, preventing future concerns from occurring.

Aside from using Atopalm MLE to heal and protect skin, here are some easy steps you can take toward loving your skin today.

  • Drink water and herbal teas throughout the day to keep skin (and the body!) hydrated
  • Always remove makeup before bed, either by washing your face normally or using our Cleansing Water to remove makeup without washing with water
  • Spend around 15 minutes per day in the sun without SPF to help your body generate vitamin D, but then apply your SPF to keep skin protected for the rest of the day
  • Sleep! Healthy sleep habits are essential to skin health and function
  • Refrain from touching your skin throughout the day to keep bacteria to a minimum

As you can see, it’s easy to start taking better care of your skin today. You don’t need a brand new skin care regimen to get started. Simply take small steps each day and add in new Atopalm products as needed. Pretty soon you’ll start seeing a difference, and loving your skin will become part of who you are.
